Hello! - I’m Rachel

I’m a former GP, Executive Coach and specialist in Resilience at Work.

All my working life I have struggled with feeling overwhelmed and guilty that I couldn’t do everything that people asked me to do, working on the frontline whilst juggling a family and several different roles.
